NIRMA KHAN

Nimran Khan lost 17 kg of her weight, she informed about her weight loss in Morning with Farah. FARYAL MEHMOOD

Faryal Makhdoom weighed 110kg at one point and was criticized by producers, directors and even viewers for her appearance. This criticism Faryal told Nadia Khan, lead her to shed her weight. She mentioned that before her weight loss she was not a lazy person, she danced a lot sometimes, she would do crash diets and expected magical results but finally she realized that she has to give dedicated effort to reach her ideal figure size. She accepted that her body does not lose weight easily. Once she reached to 76kg even work out did not work for her and weight remained stuck at that point for quite long.

In the beginning of her weight loss journey Faryal worked out for 3 to 4 hours each day for 6 days a week. She emphasized that running helps the most in weight loss for people who are too huge.
As for her diet plan, she strictly stayed on high protein diet and completely removed carbs and sugar from her food for 2 and a half years. Now faryal makdhoom is 55kg with a height of 5’8.
Her breakfast, lunch and dinner was always protein like
Meat, eggs, beans (dishes she mentioned were tikka boty, malai boti etc)
NADIA KHAN
Nadia Khan shared on her youtube channel that she does not do much exercise because she has health condition that does not allow her to work out but she is very strict about her diet intake to keep her weight in check.

Nadia khans shared that in the beginning of her weight loss when she was too heavy she followed strict diet plans given by nutritionist. Now she just makes sure not to have colas and sugar. She eats very clean and healthy. She makes sure to have 6 meals a day, each meal is a small portion taken after every two hours.

Nadia khan shared her detox weight loss juice diet. In weight loss juice diet one need to take 5 juices in a day and nothing else, if however one feels too weak or hungry then steamed vegetable with a little black pepper and salt should be eaten and nothing else.
She said in beginning, start it with three days in a month. Then next month 5 days in a month and then the third month make it 7 days a month
Following are her 6 juices recipes
Each prepared juice should be no more than 500ml quantity
TROPICAL JUICE

Make it in juicer if you feel it too sweet add some water but total quantity should not be more than 500ml

Once you are done with this juice diet routine, try coming to normal routine very carefully because your body would not be used to of heavy meals so start small and light.
Nadia Khan shared that this diet will help you have thin body, fresh skin and nails and soft hair and she herself do it quite religiously.
KIRAN TABIR

Kiran Tabir share her weight loss story with Farah and explained that after her wedding she attended too many feasts and over ate which lead her to gain too much weight. She also insisted that she chose to lose weight by herself and not due to pressure of her husband or anyone else. She said look good, thin or fat for yourself. She in detail gave Farah details of her weight loss diet plan which lead her to lose 32 kgs.
